An account facility for regular customers (subject to status) may be opened
with Byblos, prices on quotation or listed for standard services.
Please refer to our area of coverage and timescale charts. Orders from outside
our area of coverage or out of business hours may be arranged at an extra cost.
Any order received by us out of business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday
9am-2pm) will be placed on the next slot on the timescale chart.

Please note that
some garments such as wax, suede and leather; and some services such us
invisible mending, shoes and luggage repairs need more than 48 working hours to
be processed. Excessively soiled garments, persistant (stubborn) stains and
some alteration repairs might need more time as well.

urgently (less than 48 working hours) will incur extra charge of 20%. Please
